As an experienced meteorologist, I have a proven track record in broadcast meteorology and here are a few highlights:

  • 10 years of experience in forecasting and weathercasting.
  • Detailed knowledge of WSI TruVu Max’s weather graphic system..
  • Committed to improving the way viewers understand weather and how it affects them.

In my current role at the Telemundo Production Center/KXTX Dallas, I provide tailored forecasts for 8 different DMA’s, which include producing weather segments for cities in Texas, Arizona, Nevada and California.

I have extensive knowledge in disaster weather coverage and substantial understanding of geology and geography. I have been involved in numerous severe weather coverage events such as hurricanes and tornado outbreaks.

During my years as a meteorologist for the central, southwestern and western areas of the lower 48 states, I have honed my ability to communicate to our viewers the information they seek. I have also developed a neutral spanish accent which has allowed me to establish a rapport that is so crucial in creating a long lasting relationship with our audience.
